    there isnt one as far as i no...i am 30 and i was able to apply

    You need to have been 23 on the 1st of January in the year that you are returning to college so mature students this September will need to have been at least 23 on the 1st Jan 2010 and so on....

    There is no upper limit afaik....

    also to be an independent mature student you need to be living away from home in October 09

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?
