Change UPC Wireless Password

I recently got UPC 15mb Broadband installed. Everything is working fine except for the fact that one of my friends can't connect on his Dell laptop. It only allows him to enter numbers into the password screen while our password is all letters. Does anybody know an easy way to change the password so that he'll be able to…

Is it the WPA Pre-Shared Key that needs to be changed?
