App store Apps Gone from iPhone?

Hi, I this evening all my apps disappeared off my iphone! All Cydia apps are left ok in the same position they were but everything else is gone. I'm beginning to stress now as I thought it was just a glitch & they would come back but unfortunately not! I've rebooted, synced with itunes but no joy. Has this happened to…

are the apps still stored on your itunes?

If your unsure find your Itunes music folder
normally in my docs, my music, itunes and then apps (or something like that) and see what you have in there. then check the apps tab in itunes and drag the apps in to the tab from the folder.
