OK, this has been answered a few times,

You basically used pcsuite to get the numbers onto your PC, I dont remember the exact steps but you need to export the numbers to CSV formate.

Then you can upload them to gmail, and in itunes there is an options to sync them from gmail.

Search this forum for more detailed instructions.

Download nokiasuite onto your pc and install
Plug in Nokia phone and sync contacts from phone to outlook
Open itunes and connect iphone and select to sync contacts with outlook

    easy way :D
    1. all your contacts are on your Sim card yeah?
    2. take out sim and cut it to microsim
    3. then put into iPhone 4 and copy contacts

or, you could copy them one by one from the nokia to the iphone.

if you have 200 contacts, it can take some time :D

nokia phone in one hand, iphone in other.
start at A in nokia phone and manually enter details into contacts of iPhone.

again, very possible but can take ages depending on the amount of contacts you have.

i got my iphone the other day and what i did was bring the micro sim that 3 sent out to a 3 store, they have a small sim reader that reads your old standard size sim and transfers the contacts on to the micro sim.
