Im looking at the moment too.

I satyed in hotel westport a few weeks back and it was good but a little expensive for what it was. It was however Gael force weekend so everything was booked out and prices were inflated.

Looking for something cheap for october weekend:)

Castlecourt hotel or its sister hotel the Plaza are excellent in terms of quality and location

Totally agree with Snowdaze, great hotels and right in the town.

Another vote for the Westport Plaza. Great rooms, really friendly staff, lovely grub in the restaurant and super location. 5/5 for me.

Atlantic Coast Hotel is my choice in Westport. A bit of a walk into town (20 mins) but last time I was there it was €3 in the local taxis. Lovely setting, restaurant on the top floor with lovely views and it has a pool sauna rtc.
