Interview Tomorrow - Help !

Have been subbing in a new school for the last week, and the Principal rang me this evening and told me that they have maternity leave coming up, he noticed I hadn't applied (it was advertised during the summer but I missed it somehow) he said if I was interested I could come for an interview TOMORROW. I'm in a major panic now, freaking out big time. I spent the last 2 years in a school (covering sick leave) that luckily I only had to do a very casual interview for, more of a chat really and the thought of having to do an interview now is making me feel sick.

2 years ago just before I got my last job I had the worst experience at an interview, it consisted of 3 people on a major power trip who got their kick asking nonsense questions, I came out've that a wreck and now I realise its ruined my confidence in relation to interviews.

Thinking about walking into another interview room tomorrow is making me feel physically sick, my mind is blank, I cant even think of any questions they'll ask me never mind come up with logical answers. Someone please help me, I feel like I'm about to mess up my one chance of getting some regular work this year :(

This is exactly why it's worth taking and sticking with the few hours subbing. If the school like what they see and a maternity or sickness leave comes up, it's 'better the devil you know'.

Congrats on the job, let's hope other teachers in your subject area catch the 'pregnant'.
