I have a second job interview next Tuesday for a account manager in a recruitment company. if successful, I will be hiring general operatives for contract positions with clients.

I have to make a presentation (15 mins) on what I will do in my first 13 weeks.

Topics I hope i can deal with ok are business development and managing current clients.

I question i need to address in the presentation is monthly targets. now, This is a bit unknown as I dont know their current client base or their expectations in relation to targets.

Has anyone got any experience in this field and could give me some good advise.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
