The My Sport 10k in February paid out €500 last year when the course record was broken, that was on top of the winners prize money
This year they're offering €500 again to man or woman that breaks either record, along with €200 to first placed man and woman
    Details on http://www.mysport.ie/
Pretty good for what is a club run event at the heart of things

[not affiliated in any way - member of a different club]

I stand corrected by the greatest club treasurer ever, the prize money for the MSB race is actually
    1st €1000
    2nd €500
    3rd €250
    4th €100
for both male and female competitors. Taking team and vet categories into consideration the total prize fund last year was 6,400 euro. Not bad for a club race!!!!!!!! And I am affiliated to the club BTW.
