I qualified two years ago and work in a small practice. However i have to take holidays and pay for my own CPD. Is this usual in a practice as i thought it would be like study leave and something i would be entitled to. What are other peoples experience of this if they are/where in a practice

It's the same in the small practice I work in. Take holidays/Pay for CPD at your own discretion unfortunately!
