Stationary car on M50 today?

Just wondering if anyone else nearly collided with a stationary car in the left lane of the M50 today? It was a modern black hatchback, not sure of the make.

The car was parked just before a merge, I think somewhere around Exit 12. It had it's flashers on, and in the short time I had to see, I caught a glimpse of a woman and someone in a high vis jacket on the grass verge, on the other side of the merging lane. It looked as if they were looking for something.

Very dodge. I saw it with enough time to check mirrors before pulling in to the middle lane but I was thinking I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't cause an accident.

She probably though it was the hardshoulder as nobody seems to use the left lane(driving lane) on the m50 since 3 lanes came in!

Not as bad as me a few weeks ago coming home from work northbound, road was curving to the left, i was in the far right lane, noticed a car up ahead stopped!!!!! Black mini convertable lots of people had to jam on, the woman got out of her mini to walk back to pick up something that fell out of the mini as the roof was down, what a pure IDIOT, she got alot of abuse from passing drivers that has to slam on  Should have reported it

About 4 weeks ago on the M4 at Kilcock I saw an English registered Rover 200 pull out of the hard-shoulder just before the exit moved into the driving lane. I exited and as I was passing them in the exit lane they STOPPED to stare up at the road signs in the driving lane. By the time I had gone up the ramp and half way around the roundabout they had started moving again very SLOWLY. They must have been stationary for 30 secs in the driving lane at 5.30AM. Now some people at this time of the morning are ripping along the motor way at easily 90-100 mph. That would be some smash hitting a stationary object.
