I see the signs flashing to say major delays from October 2010 to October 2011, Whats the planned work? Im sure its available on some co. council website but i just want a quick response. Does that mean that the road will be best avoided? The arteries of the city are getting less and less coming in from the westside of…

Does that mean that the road will be best avoided? The arteries of the city are getting less and less coming in from the westside of town.
