I've a problem with one of the hobbs on my Neff cooker. It turns on fine but after 30 odd seconds the flame goes out. I've no idea what the problem is as all the other hobbs are working fine.

Any ideas? Or does anyone have any numbers I can contact and get it fixed?

    Thanks !

    Hiya,
Kitchen Accessories Ltd ( LTD) are the distributors of Neff in Ireland. Give them a call ( no is in yellow pages ) and they should be able to sort you out

Contacted them already this morning, but still waiting on a reply.

    Thanks for the replies :)

its the heat sensor that is there to shut the gas off if the flame goes out.

I presume the gas stops flowing when the flame goes out

Call this number 01-4502655. It gets you the UK call centre for BSH, they deal with all calls for Ireland. Just have your ERN and F/D numbers to hand (found on the inside of the oven, either on the door or the inside of the wall of the oven)
