UPC wireless

Im not sure if this has been posted before here goes. We recently got UPC wireless which works on my flatmates mac but doesnt on my Dell(which runs on Windows XP). The WEP/network key is accepted, then it opens another dialog box where its says to wait for the network to respond then it goes back to the wireless network…

Any ideas? Sorry if the description isnt very good but I'm not very technical

I'm going to guess that you're using the Cisco EPC2425 router that UPC supply. They are a funny beast and there are a lot of threads about them here. The problem you describe is common but there doesn't seem to be any one fix that works for everybody. So search the forums for "Cisco EPC2425" and start reading.
