what features on a land registry map would take precedence in determining the boundary of a property? 1.Geological features adjoining the property? or 2. manmade features, i.e. buildings, where the two don't tally?
    Thanks

Generally, in my experience, geological features will take precendence as they are deemed to have existed long before any manmade features such as walls etc.

I always found the best thing to do would be to find the oldest map available and try and use that for the puposes of establishing boundaries.
