    You could go to a solicitor and he could do them up for you and this costs upwards of €300, but he might just plagiarise them from another online site.

    You could go down the plagiarism route and just change the T&C's to suit your site, or you could ask someone nicely that already has an online store to let you have theirs to chop and change.

    Then if you like you could then go to said solicitor and he could look them over for you.
