Just to let you know that there are very very few jobs at the moment and probably will not be too many in the near future. That said, if it's what you want to do, go for it.

You could coach a team, help out in a local school, help with scouts/guides.

If you need to work on your oral Irish, this would be a good time to start listening to R na G and watching TG4.

    Best of luck to you.

You could volunteer to do a book club for children in the library.

Get some Irish qualification, fetac cert in first aid, coach a team, volunteer in a school, fundraise for some cause you feel strongly about?

And if you have time don't forget about your Irish. I'm sure it would be beneficial to brush up on it now rather so you'd have a good foundation when you finish the UK course and return to Ireland (presuming that's your plan).
