Right so when you're sixteen years old, you can legally obtain a Tractor Learner Permit. I applied for mine and have received it. However in the notes "codes" it says "999" which I understand means Must be Accompanied by a Qualified Driver.. How does this work legally? A Tractor (99%) anyway has only got seating for a driver, and theory test shiite states unless adequate seating is available for a passenger, its forbidden to carry any. Anyone see the contradiction? How is anyone suppose to legally learn to drive an ag tractor? not that its difficult like, but for legal reasons

As far as I know (from farmer friends :p) you only have to have a driver with you if there is a seat for them. If not you can drive alone..!
