    Pan Am champ and Drysdale BJJ Blackbelt Abmar Barbosa is teaching classes in our gym all next week and next Saturday we are going to open the doors to non-members.

    LOL no he's got a tendency to do it all!

    Great guy, really good coach. He's been here all week and we've been really enjoying the training.

    He's doing the seminar tomorrow, 12pm, hope to see some of you there!

    Thanks. I agree, amazing stuff. We put Abmar on the plane home yesterday sadly but he's mad to come back and train again. We had a great time all last week.

    Hopefully we'll have him back after the Pan Ams in 2011
