Keep it short and simple. No cover page and to the point. Dont have a photo unless it is asked for by the employer. The hobbies thing can be changed to suit the job your applying for ie if your applying for a job in Lifestyle sports, your hobbies should be, playing football, going to the gym etc. The CV should be 2 pages, no more no less.
