At the rate there going they will have it all ploughed in no time

Has anyone got any ideas on how to stop them thanks:mad:

Try a strand of electric fencing as low to the ground as possible(badgers can't really jump) - has worked for a number of green -keepers i know when laying new fairways/greens:)

Worth a try that. If he's really getting what he wants in that field he'll dig under it though.

As its illegal to shoot badgers, perhaps a sign, in badger, to please keep off the grass? Seriously though, the electric fence seems to work but you will have to keep the grass cut so it doesnt short it out. A strimmer every few days under it should do it. oh and a good fencer reading probably 5 at minimum
