Problems with Neighbours

    Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone had any information on the following:

My neigbours installed new gutters over a year ago now (they never informed of such installation at the outset). Everything was fine as it was only spring at the time but when it started to rain we noticed some problems developing. The gutters seem to have been erected wrong and are emitting water down between the two houses primarily into my garden. I subsequently pointed out the problem to my neighbours and asked them if they could do anything about it. They then contatced the company that undertook the job.

The said company came out to have a look at the gutters but were adamant that nothing was wrong. The problem is stll persisting to this day. My neigbours are now completely ignoring the issue and are being totally unobliging in relation to the situation.

Is there anything legal I can bring into this? or any organisation (e.g. consumer awareness) in which I could get the problem rectified?

    Any help much obliged.
