I have booked a flight with a 15KG bag to check in.

I can manage my booking and add a second bag, meaning i can bring 30KG.

Now, can i combine the 2? Will there be a problem if i turned up with a 20KG bag and a 10KG bag?

follow Ryanair instructions to the letter or be prepared to pay dearly. If you bought a 15kg checkin bag allowance then that's what you will get.

FYI ryanair are now weighing carry-on bags at the gate, I've seen the scales at Shannon and on one occasion recently at Gatwick [when my bag was over 14kg] marched from my jets gate to another gate to have my carry-on bag weighed.

Right this is where it gets confusing..

basicly you buy 15kgs first 1 bag of 15kgs is €30 even if you book another bag it has to be under 15 kgs..

BUT they have changed and you can buy an extra 15kgs at €100 but like above have to pay by the bag...

The basic rule is "no pooling". Everything is measured per bag, not per passenger or even per party. Every single bag has to be under 15kg.

Is it possible to add a bag to your flight after you've made the booking?

Yes, go to the Ryanair website and choose "Manage my booking"
