p50 no p45

    Hi, I was mde redundant earlier in the year. I want to submit a p50 now. I cant find my p45. I was on the dole and started a fas course since. Im wondering would i have given my p45 to fas or have i just lost lost it?

    If i have lost it what do i need to do?

    If i lost lost it and wait till jan and request a p21 do i need my p45?

    Also on the form it looks for UB recivied, does this include fas training allowance?

    You would have given your P45 into the social welfare office when you signed on for the dole for the first time.

    Thanks... so what do i do with the p50 cos it looks for part a/b of p45 to be attached.

    You might have gotten 2 parts back from the social welfare, maybe not.

    If you fill in the P50 form you'll have to attach a note explaining why you don't have all the p45, revenue should have your details anyway, they just prefer that you present it to them rather than them rooting it up
