iPhone 4 wont charge unless switched on!

    As the title says - my iPhone turns itself on even if off once I plug in the charger. Is this normal for iPhones ?

    It happens with mine. I guess it's some auto function that kicks in.

    Yes. Steve knows with ample power, there is no need to have your phone off :)
