    Found a new restaurant in Shannon today called Happy Bellys,
    It;s Chinese-fusion,had lunch there €9.50 for all you can eat buffet,

    There's also a very tasty one for a similar price in Dundrum SC as well.

    there is one in monkstown for 12 and one 1 bray for about 10 r 11 euro

    Yeah, think it depends on time of day. They charge about that for lunch.. it could be a bit more!

    But then it goes up at dinner and on weekends.

    Omni is well heard its a value for money but wouldn't try it meself not very got with currys in one out the other if you no what i mean ;) if you dont no what i mean you dont deserve to read this:P

    I was there last Sunday. They have small portions on display but top up regularly. There were sandwiches and beef and Guinness stew if you don’t fancy Chinese food. Well worth €9.50 and the staff were very friendly!

    Yeah the dundrum one is about 10 euro or so, and I love it there :D

    Yep.. and they even have very tasty carrot cake for dessert.

    Had two slices of it last time I was in. I'm a greedy pig! :D

    Theres a place in Newbridge that does All you can eat Thai on friday afternoons for a tenner and the food is excellent.

    The appel strudel and the icecream and the very rich chocolate cake... /drool

    anyway it's an all you can eat, you're supposed to be a pig in there :D usually have to be rolled out the door!!
