What level is the Higher national diploma in business?

    with regards to back to education allowance. i applied and i ticked the box that says is this a 2nd or 3rd level course. now im hoping its 2nd because that would mean i qualify.

    i always thought university degrees were 3rd level and plc colleges and higher national diplomas are 2nd cant anyone clear this up

    Hey mate. I applied for the BTEA also and I put it as 3rd level course because to the best of my konwledge 2nd level would be the leaving certificate or junior cert.

    If in doubt tick the 3rd because its the safest option and I got the BTEA marking 3rd.
