    Hi I am preparing for possible interviews. I am just qualified if i get my FAEs.

    I have sample questions written out for all common questions. However I cant think of anything to say for the behavioural questions i.e.
    Tell me about a time where you had to influence somebody to your way of thinking?

    Any ideas how to give a good answer to this specific question or any general help would be much appreciated

    You should really try to twist this qt in your favour to a situation whereby you brought forward an idea/method or system that was new to your current work environment and resulted in a positive outcome.
