    Hi Guys

    Need to get a house in Longford, any recommendations for were is a nice area to live. also were would I find a house to rent besides daft.ie I'm looking to get something cheapish and was wondering are the prices advertised in daft.ie negotiable.

    Call the estate agents directly. Most have more on their books than on the websites. Check supermarket noticeboards also.
