New Build - looking for render finish which is natural white, water resistant from outside and breatable from the inside
The idea is to prevent rainwater getting into the block wall as much as possible but allowing the moisture from inside in the wall (from rising moisture in the ground and inside in the house) to escape/breathe to the external.

Idea so far is Roughcast Polymer White Sand and Portland White Cement, with hydrated lime.

Any thoughts or comments???
