Looking to update to 4.0.1

    I'm currently using iphone 3gs 3.13, Jailbroken and also unlocked (the model is MC131B) and I looking to update to 4.0.1, When I open cydia it says on the top of the page "SHSH ios 4.0, 4.0.1" so I wondering if I can successfully carryout this update and whats the best way to carry it out. I will need to have it Jailbroken and unlocked too.
