I'm choosing roofing for the newbuild at the minute. We'd spec'd tegral melbourn reconstituted slate because it seemed quite eco and looked ok in the brochure. Now we've got a sample and it looks a bit nasty! Very shiny and fake looking. Can't really afford to upgrade to the real thing so I'm hoping to hear good things from someone who has used either the melbourn or the rival company version (Cambrian). Do they really dull down enough to look ok? Anyone had any problems? Anyone got any nice photos to ease my mind???
