RRPS 4 payment question

    I submitted a plan to Reps 4 way way back in July 09.
    Bombarded them with phone calls regarding payment.
    My last call - nearly 3 months ago, i was told that Reps payments will not be processed till after the Area Aid payment is sent out.

    Now, with the latest stunt that the Dept of Agrivators are after pulling regarding splitting this enormous Area Aid payment into 2 payments (75% now and 25% in Nov) - hence, creating a bit of work for themselves to justify the jobs, does this mean that there is little hope of seeing the Reps payment in 2010?

    On a side note, i have already forked out 1100 euro to get the plan submitted....but the dept of Agrivators are too thick to think of that....

    reps 4 payments were supposed to come in a 75% in oct-nov and 25% around christmas -jan, but as with everything it did not turn out that way, payments stated last year at christmas first 75, and stretched out till march april, i got my 75 in feb and the 25 in april i think, hopefully we will get the 75 before christmas this year, who knows really
