Masonary paint advice

We need to paint our house again. The paint has never taken very well to the walls.

It bubbles up and flakes off after a year or two. In places there is fungus growing.

The following advise has been recommended to us.

    1) Scrape off as much paint as possible with a scraper and wire brush.
    2) Apply a coat of Sandtex Stabilising Solution.
    3) Paint using Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint.

Is there a good fungus remover that we could use after between step 1 and 2 above?

Any reputable paint supplier should be able to provide one. Ask them about anti fungal wash too if you are getting fungus on the walls
