    Can you get legal aid for solicitor for applying for a driving licence back if you are on social welfare?!?!?

    No but it's pretty straight forward. Contact the District Court office.

    dont want to have to pay a solicitor for that craic of applying for it back, like wouldnt be due back til january but can apply for it after a year so through court using a solicitor?

    It's not necessary to engage a solicitor if you do your own research. Like I said contact the District Court office. Notice needs to be served on the Gardai and forms lodged in the court office.
