    Morning all.

I’ve worked my way up to being able to do 4x10 dips, which I am now getting though, with no poblem. Should I now increase the reps or add weight?

    Thanks,

    Why don't you try both.

    See which one you prefer.

Weighted dips can be a bugger for shoulder injuries. I add weight only after a warm up set and use a step or platform for easy dismount when using weights.

It really depends on the rep range you want to work in.

Weighted dips are great once you're warmed up bit if you want to keep in and around 10 reps.
