    Discovery has taken legal action against two of the stars of Deadliest Catch for $3m (£1.9m).

    The cable network claims that Jonathan and Andy Hillstrand failed to comply with an agreement to complete a spinoff project for the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

    No it was Phil Harris who died, those two lads mentioned are on Time Bandit, Harris was on Cornelia Marie.

    If they are failing to fulfill a contract then the death of a family member should have nothing to do with it. Poor form from the two lads if you ask me.

    *Discovery channel execs*: hmm, hire legitimate survivalists to explore Alaska, or hire 2 novices to do it purely because their last name is Hillstrand and we can call the show "Hillstranded"?

    What was that 2nd option again? Yeah, sold!
