I was searching for a business forum just like this one and this is what i came across. Pretty shocking for anyone ordering your supplies or products online with your credit card

Read anythin with cc or cvv in the title.

People with online shops should take appropriate measures to check for fraud and where possible, automatically stop fraud orders going through on your site

There are quite alot of sites selling credit card information in this way - scary but a reality!

Cvv number is the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card. - people on the referred website are selling them.

I own a business forum and we get lots of spammers trying to post stuff like that on the forum. In the past, we've had members join and make 30 posts like that in their first 30 minutes on the site. We've taken steps to prevent it, such as not allowing new members to post links in their first few posts and censoring the "cvv" letter combination, if someone tries to post that on our forum it shows up as ***.

Perhaps the forum you link to is just neglected from a moderation point of view, rarher than trying to do anything sinister themselves. It's a shame because it actually looks like quite a nice site.

all of these numbers are garnered from the eejits who click on the various spam mails that look for your banking details.

ask your developer if he can redirect any ip numbers from certain countries to a blank page.

we've blocked all nigerian & Vietnamese ip numbers recently due to spam reviews.
