    I have Smart Telecom 5Mb broadband and am very happy with it. I have been with them for about 3 years and with a 1:1 congestion ratio I get these speed tests all day long. I am paying €41.98 a month and am looking for a cheaper option. What providers are other people with and how do they find them? Any cheaper options for the same or better speeds?

    UPC. 30 meg for €42, plus €8 stand alone charge if you don't want TV/phone.
