Husqvarna Automower 220AC

My father has a Husqvarna automower, lately it has started saying "pin code expired" on the screen. I managed to get it going for him by messing about with the stop switch, not really sure what I did to be honest, but it worked anyway. It has happened now again and I cant get it going. Has anyone else experienced this…

It has happened now again and I cant get it going. Has anyone else experienced this problem or can anyone advise me further.

He left it in to be fixed and they replaced the control board but still problem persists.
