Looking for advice, insight, had an accident yesterday, reported it straight away to gardai and insurance but I gave the insurance co my "other" address, the house that I own but dont actually live in, the address on my policy has the address that I live in. Will the ins. co just over look it once I explain it to them or do I start saving to fix my car now

I'd contact them monday and explain. Shouldn't be a big deal.

Just give them the correct address asap before they start sending out any correspondence to the other one. I doubt you've anything to worry about.

As far as I know the insurance company only care that the address you gave them is where the car is normally parked at night (I think its 4 nights of the week). So long as it is and you can in some way prove it (how I dont know) it shouldnt be a problem.
