How do I know when I'm over ex?

    Its been a long 2 years since I split with ex. There are children involved so its not like I never have to see him again. In spite of the fact he walked out on us, he has not make life easy. In fact he has stalked and harrassed me non stop. I'm not sure why he does this. He is very bitter in spite of the fact that it was him who wanted to leave?

    My problem is that Ive got to the point that I feel I'm over him and then something happens like access hand over or even the smallest of things and I look at him with rose tinted glasses. He treated me horrifically with cheating and emotional abuse, lies etc. He is not a nice person. I do still think of him a lot but I dont want to go back there. Deep down I know he would do the same again.

    How do I get beyond this? The harrassment hasnt helped but I have taken steps to stop this but how do I get him out of my head or am I just not over it all yet?

    really do feel for you, i had/have a father who is also like that. but the reason your not over him is there is now a void in your life and to get over that what you need to do is get under somebody else...its a cliche but it does help..

    but if he is anything like my sperm donor, he will probably try to ruin that for you 2
