Irish Moss in India Pale Ale

    Hi everyone just wondering if you can use the moss with the Pale Ale, if so when is it added and does it just clear the beer?

    You can. Rehydrate it so it becomes a sort-of jelly and add it to the boil about ten minutes before the end.

    or there is laso whirlfloc, which is the Irish moss extract in a tablet form that you just through in the last 10m minutes quick and easy
