iPod touch 2G problem

Ever since I have updated to 4.1 everything seems to be slower, typing is about 2 seconds behind as ate most things. It seems that once I touch something the iPod is slow to react. It's 32 gig model and I have about 10 gig free so I'm guessing it shouldn't be a memory issue, also it's not jailbroken. Anyone else having the…
