Hi all, just wondering has anyone spotted any fitted mid length duffle coats for ladies around? I'm specifically looking for fire truck red or royal blue (like Paddington, he's my inspiration ;)) with toggle buttons. I have an idea parkas and duffels are sneaking their way into mainstream fashion this autumn/winter and might be available in the highstreet shops

I just bought this one. I love it. It seems really warm, has a good hood, but will take a bit of wearing in as the material is thick and stiff. I cant find it on the topshop website at the moment though, Maybe you could try calling a few stores to see if they have it. It was pricey enough, around 80 stg I think.

Oh my god... soooooo pretty! Must have it!

It was in the petite range so that might not work for you anyway, but I'm sure there will be similar ones in other places too.

I love coats - this winter I am trying to not look at any more, but coats & cosy winter accessories like tights, scarves & hats are one of my weak spots.

I wanted this so badly but when I went back to get it they had sold out, and the non-petite range won't fit me :( They are sold out online too. *Weeeps* If anyone finds a size 6 petite one left in any topshops let me know!

He he I'm the same! Me and my boyfriend are moving house at the moment and the amount of coats we have between us is actually embarassing! And he's worse than me! Ooh I hope I can find one in my size, I wear an 8 or 10 I wonder is there any hope...

They have the petrol blue and beige ones in size 8 in Topshop in Cork. As Little My says though, the fabric is kind of stiff and bulky.

I've been on the lookout for a good duffle myself, I've been wearing the same red one for nearly four years! I've had to re-sew the buttons on countless times :P

Do you know if these come in any other colours? I'll go investigate their website...

    Holy crap, that's yellow! It's great biggrin.gif

Very odd - that coat's €112 on the asos site, and €106 in the shop and online

Didn't realise asos was more expensive than the shop price, I'll be double checking from now on.

I tried that coat on in the shop - it is nice, but I couldn't justify €106 (or €112) for it. There's so many versions of it in other shops, and I really didn't think it was such good quality that it was worth the price.
