    Hi all,
as the thread title says im in a bit of dilema anyway here it goes, i curently work for a company through an agency recently i was told that a number of full time vacancies will be coming up within the company.(no dates as of yet)
and with my experience&quals i could be a canidate, this is were it gets messy last week i received a call from another agency asking me if i would be interested in a full time position with a company their hiring for.
i told them that i dont have the required skills/quals for the job spec the agency girl told me that due to my other skills/experience they can be transferable to this job,so i need to let this agency know by next week wether to go for the job or turn it down.
but the company im with at present i like working there and would rather a job of them yet i dont know wether i will even get a job off them.

as the saying goes there is f**k all jobs out there and when they do come along its like the busses 2 or more at the same time, i have spoke to my mates &family about this who work in different industries just thought i might get the view of some boardsies:D

You have absolutely nothing to lose by going to the other interview and seeing what happens... worst case scenario you don't get offered the job; best case scenario you get offered it and have to decide whether to take it or not.

On a side note, don't trust anything the recruiter says. She will say anything to make you go to the interview.

    Bird in the hand moment.

Your current employer has not offered you a position therefore they might not so you have nothing to lose by going for the other interview and then trying to drag out the offer.(if you get one)

If you don't get the other job then you can concentrate trying to get the company you work for now to consider you for their positions.
