Cleaning the barrel will have no effect on the energy output of your rifle so it will continue to shoot at in and around 322fps.

If you get silicon oil on the hop-up rubber, your readings may be somewhat erratic for the first 50-100 shots, but as you chrono your rifle with the hop-up turned off, this will have no effect on the reading.

i would kinda have to disagree with this based on my experience, but it would depend largely on how much dirt is in the barrel, if there is enough it can have a negative effect on fps by cleaning out the barrel this can increase the fps

on site helping people with basic maintenance you can get up get up to 10fps increase at times on a stock barrel that have considerarble build up ( but your likely to already be experiencing barrel blockages with barrels at this end of the scale )

Don't oil the barrel, no point, it would only attract dust and become gunk.

Just clean the barrel well, bb's have lubricant on them already.

Well a dirty barrel can significantly reduce muzzle energy, so if it was originally chronoed with a filthy barrel then cleaning it could conceivably knock it over the limit...

That said, if it does, your problem isn't having a clean or dirty barrel, but a gun which needs to be downgraded! Particularly as a filth barrel will also give extremely inconsistent shots in terms of range and accuracy...
