Problem with UPC in leixlip

    Hi,

    I have just switched over from a standard digital box to a digital plus box yesterday (with multiroom +) and ever since i can only get rte 1 & 2!!
    Does anybody know if there is a problem with the service?

    What did they say? Did they try resetting the channels on the box? Resending the signal?

    As a test, try plugging the box out for a few minutes and plugging it back in. While plugged out ensure that the card is in properly. Ensure all connections are tightly secured.

    They have done all of this, and i have unplugged everything and made sure cards are in properly. thanks for your help. guess im just at the mercy of upc now

    It looks that way Im afraid... Do you still have the old box? If so does it have all the channels? Could be a faulty box.
