I'm interested in getting into rocketry and I'm wondering what laws, procedures and restrictions I need to abide by in Ireland.

I'm mostly concerned with a place to launch and distances from populated areas.

It would all depend on the size of the rocket and how high it would travel. Your best bet would be to contact the Irish Aviation Authority to see what info they would have.

Ok thanks for the legal info there. I was thinking something small first obviously and I don't think it will be heavier than 20kg. Just need a hassle free few weeks now.
