    Hi,

I am looking into this completely blind and would not know where to start. I am about getting some cars or vans for business purposes. Company is already established and the two directors would be using the cars. What is the best options for lease or finance?

If any one has any idea at all?

    Cheers

    Don't understand your question fully.

Leases/Finance - invariably the same thing for car/van.

    BIK for directors.

The company can take out hp on the cars, provided the bank gives you the finance, co holds the cars.

Directors use the cars, therefore they incur a tax liability called benefit in kind for use of a car that they don't own/pay for.

I hope this is some help, but you really need to shorten the string here when you want to know your options, you need to be more specific about what info your really seeking out.

Fords are great motors for businesses and not all that expensive. Diesel ones are great on fuel too, and you have a choice between the fiesta and focus, both with van variants, and the mondeo. Maintenance is cheap and they're generally reliable too. Dull as dishwater but for a company car, who cares?

If you want to go more upmarket, you might comsider a VW or an Audi. Reliable enough too but maintenance is more expensive and the dealerships can be somewhat unhelpful. I'd avoid BMWs and Mercs. In my own experience, they're problematic and a nightmare to fix when something goes wrong. Your best bet really is to stick with an everyman's car, hence why I suggest Ford. And the mondeo is so comfortable!
