    Hi all,

    I've got a Dell M1330 laptop.

The screen is totally black on it - sometimes it works perfectly.

I ran a diagnostics and it says "Cannot access LCD inverter".

Is it a big job to replace this? Am I better off just buying a new screen?

you should be able to buy an inverter, its not a big job. probably too big a job for 'pc repair' shops tho.

10 mins is a bit of a rush job tbh. but yeah, easy fix.
suppose the op will end up giving it to a repair shop like most folk
